It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We have 2 Master Suites with attached bathrooms. Our beautiful resort-style pool and jacuzzies are gorgeous and compete with any high-end exclusive hotel. We also have a mini water park so the kids can play and have fun while the adults enjoy the beautiful California weather. Heated pool and jacuzzi, water umbrella, water jets, BBQ, and lots of comfy outdoor seating will definitely make memories you will never forget.

 

Our house is elegant and very modern. From the decor to the advanced technology, this home has it all. We have Built-in speakers throughout the entire house so you can enjoy some music while hanging out with your family/friends. There is an iPad in the wall that allows you to control the fully automated home. Flat Screen Smart TV's in every room and super high speed 200 MB internet allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon.

 

The kitchen is every chef's dream. High-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom island, and a pocket window that opens to the exterior bar that allows you to cook a wonderful meal for your family and entertain with style and ease. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Over-sized oven with warming tray, two extra-large microwaves makes cooking for large groups a breeze.

Effective July 1, 2015, the city of Anaheim is imposing a mandatory 15% Transient Occupancy Tax (T.O.T. tax). This tax is charged to all guests staying in all vacation rentals, hotels, and motels in the city of Anaheim. The nightly rate that appears DOES NOT include the T.O.T. tax. The 15% tax will be added to your total at the time of booking.

 

For security purposes, there is camera surveillance on the exterior of the premises.

There will be a $45.00/day pool fee in addition to the rent if you would like the pool heated.
